Domestic Shipping within the US

All purchases are packaged and shipped within 24 hours but sometimes it may take up to 3 days to process an order depending on the order volume.

Most orders within the US are shipped via DHL eCommerce/USPS or FedEx.

Lower 48 states:
Standard shipping time is 7 to 14 business days.
Expedited shipping time is 2 business days. (Currently unavailable)

Orders to Puerto Rico, Guam, Hawaii, Alaska, Greenland, Virgin Islands, PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO may take 5-10 days and expedited shipping is available only for the lower 48 states.

If an order is lost or stolen then please contact the courier with the provided tracking number before contacting us.

International Shipping

All International orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days Monday to Friday except all US public holidays.

Some packages may experience a 1-2 week shipping delay due to the COVID-19 restrictions.

Customs and Taxes

Orders outside of the US may have customs or taxes. Please note that WAVYLOOK is not responsible for any customs or import charges, charged to the customer by the shipping company upon delivery.

Defective Item Replacement

We are extremely sorry that your item no longer functions.

Please send us an email at hello@wavylook.com along with your order number and video/photo with an explanation of what went wrong. A replacement or a refund will be organized immediately.

Return An Item

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging and must be unused. Please note that the return must be in a proper shipping box. Also, we do not arrange shipment for returns or provide return labels.

Please note that there is a restocking fee of $14.

In order to initiate a return, simply contact us at hello@wavylook.com with the following details: Name, Order Number, Reason for Return.

Refund Processing Time

Once our team issues a refund, we will send a confirmation to your email or phone.

Refunds can take up to 5 business days to reflect on your credit card statement.


Did Not Receive An Oder Confirmation

If you have not received your order confirmation, please check your spam or junk folder in your email or SMS. If you still cannot find your order confirmation, then simply write an email to hello@wavylook.com with your name, shipping address and attach a screenshot of your transaction. Our team will be more than happy to resend the order confirmation.

Cancel or Change An Order

If you change your mind after placing the order, please contact us right away. We may not be able to cancel or change the order if it has been processed.

Changing Address

All our orders are packed and processed very fast. If the order has been processed then we may not be able to change the address.
